Senior Change Manager
Tamra is a dedicated, proactive, and results driven Prosci Certified Change Manager and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading and managing projects and change initiatives. Tamra has extensive experience leading large cross-functional teams and delivering complex global and domestic projects.
Throughout her career, Tamra has held project leadership positions in retail, insurance, and corporate Fortune 100 companies and most recently, the healthcare industry. She is a hands on leader with a direct approach to ensure a balance between business sponsors, support teams, and third-party business partners in building and executing plans. Developing and executing project plans and change strategies are second nature to her, as is upfront, direct communication.
LYNNE BOSCHEE
Strategic Communication Specialist
Lynne is a senior communications counselor known for helping organizations develop effective business strategy, for her skill in working with the C-suite, and for coaching and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality communication strategies, programs and tools.
Lynne operates in a hands-on role with every client and project, at every step along the way, and uses her extensive knowledge and experience in business and communications strategy; corporate communications, investor relations; brand strategy, internal communications and issues management to deliver results.
Lynne spent more than nine years as vice president, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for PetSmart, Inc. Prior to that, she led corporate communications for Phelps Dodge, Inc. (now Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold) and held senior-level internal communications and media relations positions with Arizona’s largest investor-owned electric utility.
CARLA HOWARD
Senior Change Manager and Trainer
Carla Howard is a change management expert and a trusted advisor for leaders of transformational change initiatives. She is a dynamic and engaging Prosci Certified Change Manager and a Master Trainer. Carla understands the challenges and complexities that arise when executing projects in change-saturated organizations. Her approach focuses on actions that result in projects achieving the expected ROI, people making successful transitions to the new way of working, and leaders being supported through out the transition.
Carla’s experience includes successfully coaching employees all the way from the warehouse floor to members of the C-Suite. Her change portfolio includes global IT systems, ERP implementations, organizational redesign, and redefining “go to market” strategies for large global companies. She is a results oriented leader with 25+ years of experience supporting executives, managers, and front line employees through difficult changes facing their organizations. David is a passionate and engaging Certified Trainer and Facilitator. David is certified in Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard, Wilson Learning, Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Prosci Change Management.
Over the past 22 years, David has trained executives, managers and line employees in various topics including: sales, leadership, negotiating, time management and personal effectiveness.
DAVID BRYANT
Senior Change Manager and Trainer
David Bryant is a Prosci Certified Change Manager and Trainer. David has coached and trained employees on change management best practice and leadership in Thailand, China, India, Italy, France, Brazil, the US, and the UK.
David has a wealth of experience as a Change Manager. One example being a project that he worked on to design, develop, deliver, and drive adoption of a global talent management suite. The system impacted 15,000 associates in 12 countries speaking 15 different languages. Another example is a project that he worked on to transition a call center based in Minneapolis, MN to Bangalore, India. David helped coach and manage the team in MN before, during, and after the transition to maintain and maximize delivery.
